STAY IN OPERATOR
Qualifications:

FACILITIES, MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY SUPERVISOR
Duties include tasks as follows:
- Maintain sufficient inventories of tools, parts and supplies in order to properly maintain the property.
- Maintains systems for monitoring and tracking service requests, preventive maintenance work performed, compliance with Hazard Communications program requirements, compliance with safety requirements, supplies and parts inventories, purchases, and turn-key operations.
- Keeps all facilities (office, room of mt’s etc) in a neat, well-stocked, clean and organized manner.
- Ensures strict adherence to the property key control policy, insuring that locks are changed as required and that keys are properly cut and dispensed.
- Regularly inspects property for safety and security issues, including, but not limited to non-functioning lights, ground and trip hazards, broken fences, exposed wiring, etc..
- Regularly inspects property and insures required maintenance and repairs are completed, as necessary.
- Works with HR Manager to set schedules of maintenance employees according to forecasted workloads.
- Works with HR manager to counsel and review maintenance employees as necessary and as required by company policy and procedure.
- Ensures adherence to company safety standards, policies and procedures. Insures maintenance staff correctly wears and uses safety equipment, as required. Also, insures that all safety inspections are completed as required and ensures adherence to company key control policies.
- Completes property maintenance tasks and responds to property service requests. Repairs and maintains property plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and security systems by working with the Technical & Support Team.
Qualifications:
- M/F, 30 to 40 years old
- Preferably stay-in
- At least 2 years in college with Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer or technical concen-tration or with commercial safety or At least 2 years experience in Facilities, maintenance & security field
- Must be knowledgeable in MS office (excel, word and power point)
- Able to lead a team or group of people to resolve all forms of task, issues and ad hoc situa-tions
- Willing to be assigned at Makati.
ACCOUNTING STAFF/CLERK/ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Not More Than 35 years old
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Graduates of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Accounting, BS Management Accounting, BS Accounting Technology or alike
- Knowledgeable in general & cost accounting, booking & government report.
- Must be knowledgeable in MS office (excel, word and power point)
- Willing to be assigned at Makati.
OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Not More Than 35 years old
- At least College Level
- Good English Communication Skills
- Must be knowledgeable in MS office (excel, word and power point)
- Must be analytical and have people management, communication and leadership skills
- Willing to be assigned at Makati.
HR SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
- Degree holder of Finance/Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Business Admin./Commerce, Management or Psychology, any IT or technical degree
- Good Communication Skills
- Relevant experience in HR, Admin/ Operations; Experience in recruitment, manpower services, headhunting, placement
- Must be knowledgeable in MS office (excel, word and power point)

SALES & MARKETING SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Finished 4 years degree in college.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing(events planning) preferred
- Capable of formulating & implementing innovative marketing plans, product branding & con-ducting market research
- Must be knowledgeable in MS office (excel, word and power point)
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communications skills in English and Tagalog
- Must be highly analytical, customer-oriented and willing to do fieldwork
